The Greater Prince William Community Health Center (GPWCHC) is growing and we need your skills and experience to serve a projected 12,000 patients and 18,000 encounters this year.  As a non-profit primary health care organization serving Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park our mission is to provide access to high quality primary health to insured and uninsured in our area.  We provide integrated and coordinated primary, dental, prenatal, and behavioral health care for the whole family under one roof. Our services are provided with cultural competency, with a focus on patients' health literacy, and in the patients' native language using staff translation or language line services.

GPWCHC currently has two service locations and a mobile health care van. We currently employ full-time and part-time health care professionals.  We are looking to increase the number of staff and the level of services provided to our community. Dentist (1 position)

GPWCHC is looking for an experienced dentist to join our Dental Team. The dental clinic operates with an Electronic Medical Records system and has four dental operatories. Preferred candidates have experience with underserved populations, supervisory experience, speak Spanish, and an interest in community health.

Dental Assistant (1 position)

An experienced Dental Assistant is sought to prepare the dental operatories, assist the dentists with patient care, and enter patient information in the Electronic Medical Records system. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable translating in a medical setting. A Dental Assistant diploma/certificate is required as is a High School Diploma. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (1 position)

A LCSW is sought to provide behavioral health care to patients at GPWCHC. This person will be responsible for collaborating with the primary care team to ensure patients receive integrated behavioral and primary health care. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred. Ideal candidates have three or more years of experience and an interest in community health.

Family Nurse Practitioner (1 position)
A licensed and credentialed FNP will provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-ups at the Health Center. The FNP will provide age and specialty appropriate medical care at the level of training achieved. Candidates that speak Spanish are preferred. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks strongly desired. Family Nurse Practitioner with Behavioral Health Experience (1 position)

The FNP with work in collaboration with the behavioral health practice. This individual will be responsible for both medication management and primary care for our behavioral health patients. Primary care will be provided at both the Ridgewood Center office and on the Mobile Clinic at both Community Service Board (CSB) offices in the area. Experience working with behavioral health patients is strongly desired. Ideal candidates have over three years practicing as a FNP and are bilingual (English/Spanish).

Patient Advocate/Medical Receptionist (2 positions)
This person will be responsible for receiving telephone calls, including requests for appointments.  He/she will be requested to perform other administrative duties including faxing, e-mailing, disseminating the mail, scanning documents into our database, and record filing.  Knowledge of Electronic is a plus. This person will be requested to sign a HIPPAA certification acknowledging the confidential nature of the information being handled.  Prior experience requested.

Medical Assistant (3 positions)

The Medical Assistants will be responsible for assisting with patient care including taking vitals and entering patient information into the Electronic Medical Records (eClinicalWorks). Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish). It is important that these individuals be comfortable with medical translation. The Medical Assistants need to be comfortable working with a variety of patients (infant to geriatric) and working in a fast-paced environment.
