The Greater Prince William Community Health Center is growing and we need your skills and experience to serve a projected 12,000 patients and 18,000 encounters this year. As a non-profit primary health care organization serving Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park, our mission is to provide access to high-quality primary health to insured and uninsured residents in our area. We provide integrated and coordinated primary, dental, prenatal, and behavioral health care for the whole family under one roof. Our services are provided with cultural competency, with a focus on patients' health literacy, and in the patients' native language using staff translation or language line services.
The Health Center operates a full-service center in Woodbridge and a mobile health care van. We currently employ full-time and part-time health care professionals. We are looking to increase the number of staff and the level of services provided to our community. Family Medical Doctor (1 position)
The Family Medical Doctor is a full-time, salaried employee responsible for appointment and walk-in patient care in an out-patient primary health care clinic serving patients of all ages and socioeconomic level. The Family Medical Doctor is expected to equal or exceed 4,200 encounters annually. Utilize professional skills in providing diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems along with preventive care focused on health risk factor reduction. Ensure efficient and effective patient care through joint planning and problem solving with clinic staff. Provide care consistent with medical best practices and the policies and procedures of the organization. Protect the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of patients and their families. Possesses the ability to work independently and collaborate, when appropriate, with other healthcare providers to offer integrated and coordinated care to patients of all ages.
In the performance of these duties, the Family Medical Doctor will supervise Nurse Practioners, Medical Assistants, and other support staff in a caring and professional manner. Experienced in the delivery of primary care in a sensitive, multicultural basis in the patient’s native language.

Accountant (1 position)
Responsible for all components of the financial, billing, and accounting functions of the Center. Assist the CEO with strategic, operational and fiscal planning including oversight of annual budgets and resources. This position will also be in charge of government reporting, audits and internal controls at each site. This position will act as advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team and our Practices.
Job Description - Accountant
Dental Assistant (1 position)
The Dental Assistant aides the Dentists with patient care through a variety of tasks. The health conditions include common, complex and/or advanced orally related diseases needing continued supervision of the prescribed treatment plan. The Dental Assistant will aid in the explanation of the treatment plan and basic oral hygiene techniques such as brushing and flossing. This person collaborates with other medical personnel, such as other GPWCHC medical providers and support staff, to complete his or her work.

Patient Advocate/Medical Receptionist (3 positions)
Patient Advocates are responsible for receiving telephone calls, including requests for appointments. These positions will be requested to perform other administrative duties including faxing, emailing, disseminating mail, scanning documents into our database, and record filing. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records is a plus. Each Patient Advocate will be requested to sign a HIPAA certification, acknowledging the confidential nature of the information being handled.
