New Pediatric Dental Services May Be Paid For by Medicaid
You know that your child’s dental health is important, and you also want to make the visit to the dentist as easy as possible. Bring your kids—and your entire family—to the Health Center’s child-friendly Dental Practice and we’ll take care of everyone.
With a growing demand for children’s dental care, the Health Center recently added several pediatric dental services, increased our staff, opened a fifth dental operatory, and are now open on Wednesday evenings until 7 p.m. Our pediatric services include routine cleanings, fillings, sealants, x-rays; and root canals and crowns for baby teeth. Our dentists will also provide you and your children with a treatment plan, if needed, and educational materials.
Kids love to come to the Health Center because our dentists make them feel at home and explain their work on your child’s teeth. Kids also receive a “goody” bag with floss, toothpaste and tooth brush. We even have video games and a Treasure Chest with special gifts for kids.
The Health Center accepts the following private insurance plans:
- Aetna Dental

- Ameritas
- Anthem
- Cigna
- DentaQuest
- Delta Dental
- Guardian
- Medicaid/Medicare
- MetLife
- TriCare
- United Concordia
If your child is a Medicaid recipient, your dental visit could be free (no co-pay required). Call the Health Center at 703-680-7950, and we can determine if the visit is free and schedule your children’s appointment at the same time. If you have multiple family members who need appointments, just let us know! We will do our best to schedule your appointments back-to-back so you don’t have to return for multiple visits. |
